At Medieval and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical attire and accessories. If your quest for the perfect garment falls short, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parchment

  Print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel to ensure our scribes can identify your return.

  Secure the Cargo

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is protected, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Claim Your Gold

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
